All orders will be processed as soon as practicable.
Normally orders are dispatched on the same day as you order – if you order prior to 2pm Brisbane time on a normal business day. There are of course exceptions such as public holidays and other extenuating circumstances.
If you provide a correct email address and mobile telephone number you will receive emails / Texts concerning tracking information and imminent delivery from Australia Post with delivery options.
Please note that unless you state otherwise all orders are dispatched on a ‘signed for delivery’ via Australia Post eParcel system. Please ensure when placing your order, that you either give an address where someone will be able to take charge of the item, or you can alternatively leave a message in the ‘special instructions’ section stating that you would like the item to be left in a safe place. Parcel lockers provided by the Post are an excellent safe and discreet way of obtaining your delivery.
If directions are given by you that you do not require a signature on delivery and left at the location, this is entirely at your own risk and no recompense will be considered if the parcel has apparently gone missing.
Standard Delivery Expectations
We use Australia Post eParcel system to deliver our products. ‘Normal’ delivery times can be calculated from the Metro Area of Brisbane to you. Standard Post items are approximate as follows:
Qld 1-3 working days
NSW/ACT 2-3 working days
SA/TAS 3-5 working days
WA 5-7 working days
NT 5-7 working days
Vic 2-4 working days
There are always exceptions to these, but the above gives guide as to how long your product may take to be delivered.
Important – Express Post Expectations
We offer an Express Post option at an additional cost. This is a service provided by Australia post which has general expectation that parcels will be delivered in a quicker time frame than standard post. THEY DO NOT GUARANTEE NEXT DAY DELIVERY within their Express Post region. Australia Post state that parcels will be delivered ‘ as soon as possible”. We will not refund the Express Post charge should a parcel not get to the destination within an expected time frame.
You must inform us within three working days of the delivery if there are any discrepancies.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received. Product remains the property of Little’s Down Under until full payment is made.
DISCREET DELIVERY OPTIONS
We make every effort to dispatch your products discreetly.
Products are delivered by Australia post and you can have them delivered anywhere where Australia Post goes.
Options are: Home or Business, Parcel collect or Parcel Lockers
MORE ABOUT PARCEL LOCKERS!
Parcel Lockers are a relatively new facility and are ideal for discreet delivery of product if you are in a Metro area. Simply register on line via www.auspost.com.au/parcel-lockers and follow the instructions. Once registered you will receive a unique Customer Number and simply use this address for your delivery. It is simple, free and discreet. Please note however that Cases of Wellness Briefs do not fit into the lockers, though individual packs do.
Also available is “ParcelPoint” from www.parcelpoint.com.au These are often shops or outlets of any description that offer this service, many in Metro and outter areas, where the freighters can drop off parcels for your collection.
